Always delivers at least half an hour late. 7:30 order means to deliver by 7:30

I ordered from here for the second time because their meat and cheese selection is superb. Vinter Wine Market aimed to please again with another great spread of meat and cheeses. I also ordered the caesar salad this time and it was amazing. Another great order! I must also mention the customer service was fantastic. When I had a minor issue with the order it was quickly resolved!

This place has no idea what it means to run a delivery service. When I called about my late delivery, the guy on the phone almost immediately asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I assume that means that, an hour after I ordered, the delivery had not left.

I waited over 1 hour for a simple sandwich and salad from Vintner even though the confirmation stated it would take between 30 to 45 minutes. After waiting an hour, I called to check in and was told that the salad I order is one that they no longer make. I guess had I not called, I would still be waiting for my order.

The roast beef sandwich with smoked gouda and caramelized onions is simply out of this world.

What happened to the menu? Now it's just like every other deli sandwich place in Midtown. They should go back to the distinctly Spanish/French menu. None of this chipotle chicken and falafel nonsense.

I was pleased with the selection, taste, and portion of the food.

Took one hour and fifteen minutes to deliver a salad, and on top of that, the delivery person was rude.

I hate changing a rating, but I am very disappointed. My last order took over an hour and a half to deliver a block from the restaurant due to the restaurant's error. Management was supposed to call me - they did not. There was no compensation or credit for the error. I paid full price for cold, soggy food. They've unfortunately lost a customer now.

Sometimes they use too much sauce. Just saying.

I have been wanting to try Vintner Wine Market for a while. When we had no idea what to get from the extensive list of 20+ cheeses, I called up the restaurant for recommendations. Not only was the guy who picked up the phone knowledgeable about making recommendations on the cheeses, he was very patient with me. We ordered an assortment of 6 cheeses and 6 meats. Cheeses were: Drunken Goat, mahon, Picon Blue, Comte, Affinois, and Black Knight. Meat were: Parma Prosciutto, Serrano Ham, Salami Picante, Pate de Champagne, Chorizo, and Soppresta. Decent amount for the price. They give you little baguette pieces with plenty of honey, fig, and quince paste spread plus grapes too! 5 stars for a lot more baguette pieces (had leftover cheese/meat but no baguettes), cheese/meat labels (no idea which was which), and faster delivery (45-60 min, neighborhood standard is 30 min), otherwise for what I experienced, a solid 4 stars.
